Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited (HECL), has decided to introduce three years Training Programme to Diploma Engineering Holders and Graduates from various disciplines:
Total No of Posts: 150 Posts
➽ ITI Trainee: 65 Posts (Electrician, Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Forger / Forger cum Heat Treater, Foundryman / Moulder, Welder, RCC)
Education Qualification : High School / Matric or Equivalent + ITI or equivalent technical from recognized NCVT / SCVT institute
➽ Diploma Engineer Trainee : 55 Posts (Mechanical / Tool & Die Making, Civil, Metallurgy / Foundry Technology / Forge Technology, Electrical, Chemical)
Education Qualification : Diploma of Engineering in relevant discipline.
➽ Personnel Trainee : 18 Posts
Education Qualification : MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/ HR/ Finance or equivalent from recognized University or AICTE / UGC approved course with first class 55% of marks or equivalent CGPA. For SC/ST / PWD candidates, it is 50% of marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Institute.
➽ Finance Trainee : 08 Posts
Education Qualification : MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/ HR/ Finance or equivalent from recognized University or AICTE / UGC approved course with first class 55% of marks or equivalent CGPA. For SC/ST / PWD candidates, it is 50% of marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Institute.
➽ IT Trainee: 04 Posts
Education Qualification : B.Tech in IT / MCA or equivalent from recognized University or AICTE / UGC approved course with first class 55% of marks or equivalent CGPA. For SC / ST / PWD candidates, it is 50% of marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Institute.
Age Limits: Maximum Age 28 Years as on 01.12.18. SC, ST candidates will be given relaxation in age limit for 5 years and OBC (NCL) Candidates will be given 3 years relaxation in age limit. Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates, it is as per Govt. guidelines.
Processing Fee: For General and OBC (NCL) Rs. 800/- and for SC, ST and PWD Exempted from Application Fee.
Mode of Selection: Selection will be on the basis of written test on all India basis followed by Trade Test/Task Observation Test/Aptitude Test of the selected candidates on the basis of their performance in the written test in order of merit in the ratio of 1:5 to the number of Vacancies or as near as to that. Merit List shall be prepared by assigning a weightage of 30% for written test marks and 70% for by Trade Test/Task Observation Test/ Aptitude Test marks of the shortlisted candidates.
