Benefits Of the  Pranayama: Yoga is a very beneficial for us. There are different asanas of the  yoga, which have a different benefits. All these asanas are very helpful in a increasing our life energy. One of these asanas is a Pranayama. Pranayama is a very simple to do but very powerful and life-enhancing asana. Pranayama teaches us to increase the life energy in this way through a breath in a  control. How to make a ourselves strong and the healthy by a regulating in the breath, we can feel in this by doing pranayama. If we do the word configuration of the Pranayama, then Pranayama is the result of the  Prana wealth dimension. Prana means life and the  dimension means to be a regular or to be right. There are many types of the Pranayama, Bhramari Pranayama, Kapalbhati, Ujjayi, and the Alternative Nostril Breathing are some of the main types.
