Educational Qualification:
- Junior Officers : A degree in any discipline. Proficiency in Computer data entry / Computer Applications is preferred.
- Senior Managers: Retired officers of Banks / Financial Institutions (either on Superannuation or on Voluntary Retirement Scheme) and not below the rank of Senior Manager (Scale III) at the time of retirement.
- Manager: Any Bachelor's Degree / Graduate with minimum 60% marks can apply. Preference will be given for additional professional qualification.
Age Limit :
- Junior Officers on Contract : 21 to 30 years
- Senior Managers on Contract : Not more than 62 years
- Manager : 25 to 35 years
Scale of Pay:
- Junior Officers on Contract: Rs. 16000/- per month for 1st year, Rs. 18000/- per month for 2nd year, Rs. 21000/- per month for the 3rd year.
- Senior Managers on Contract : Rs. 35000/- per month.
